This MOU aims to strengthen and structure cooperation between VTE and the Béthune-Bruay agglomeration around three major areas:

  • Promote links between academic circles, technology centers, and leaders of structuring projects in both territories.
  • Identify sectoral synergies and support the detection of high-potential companies that could benefit from establishing a foothold in one or the other ecosystem.
  • Sharing best practices in regional planning, business services, and quality of life for workers and citizens.

We would also like to thank Benoit Balmana, CEO of IVÉO, and Frédéric Doire, North America Sales Director at Dassault Systèmes, for their inspiring presentations on innovative municipal projects involving AI tools, prospective analysis, and regional digitization.
